  • Click on the Account Settings drop-down and press the “Account Settings” button.

  • Click the “Add” icon, then give a name to your outlook pst file (they call it “Outlook Data File, which makes a lot more sense for end consumers), choose where to go, then click” OK. “It comes to your My Documents directory in a folder called” Outlook Files “by default in Windows 7.

Step 1:- Open Outlook 2016 and Click the Home tab > New Items > More Items > Outlook Data File.
