Reliance Jio, Airtel, Voda and BSNL new prepaid plans 2019. Find all tariff details here

The Telecom companies of India have opted to increase their tariffs by about 40 percent. Although Airtel and Vodafone Idea’s latest tariff announcements come into effect at midnight on 3 December 2019, Reliance Jio decided to increase the tariffs by midnight on 6 December 2019. BSNL has also announced plans to increase the tariffs, but the date for the same is yet to be decided.

The move comes following the recent judgment of the Supreme Court on Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR), which left the telecommunications companies in excess of Rs 92,000 crore with government duties.

Airtel and Vodafone Idea have completed the Rs 169 and 199 plan for 28 days, respectively, with 1 GB and 1.5 GB of data per day. Connection to its premium Airtel Xtream service will be offered by Airtel. Jio will implement all-in-one plans, which cost 40% more, but will provide customers with 300% more advantages, the company said.

Customers of the Vodafone Idea and Airtel have time to recharge at old rates before midnight on 3 December 2019.

Airtel New Recharge Plan

Airtel’s Rs 169 and Rs 199 schemes have been scrapped and now a new plan will be available. The new plan would give customers 1,5 GB of data monthly. The package is good for 28 days. Calls from Airtel to Airtel are now subject to an unlimited call offer, while calls to other networks will have a fair use policy limit. Airtel increased the price to Rs 298 in order to provide customers with 2 GB of data per day. With a FUP limit and 100 SMS per day, this plan offers unlimited calls.The Airtel Thanks app, offering access to premium content from Airtel Xstream (10,000 movies, exclusive shows and 400 television channels), Wynk songs, computer security and antivirus software and much more, also has unique benefits. New plans by Airtel reflect a number of tariff changes from just 50 paise per day to Rs 2.85 per day.

Rs 49 monthly package: this plan will provide Rs 38 Talktime, data of 100 MB, tariff 2.5p / sec, validity of 28 days
Rs 79 monthly package: this plan has Talktime of Rs 64, data of 200 MB, tariff 1p / sec, validity of 28 days.

Jio New Recharge Plan

Jio finally announced its new prepaid recharge plans, which will cost consumers more but are supposed to provide up to 300 percent more benefits. Part of the All-in-One plan of the telecom operator, the new prepaid plans are going to go live tomorrow. The new plans for Jio start at Rs. 199 and go up to Rs. 2,1999. Jio also received benefits for non-Jio voice calls such as daily high-speed data allocation, free Jio-to-Jio voice calling and minutes. The new plans for Jio are also combined with incentives for the Jio phone.

The new Jio All-in-One prepaid plans are available at Rs. 199. The base plan includes 1,5 GB per day of high-speed data, free Jio-to-Jio calls, and 1,000 non-Jio calling minutes for 28 days. There is also the prepaid plan for Rs. 249 Jio, which includes 2 GB of daily high-speed data, free Jio-to-Jio calls, and 1,000 non-Jio voice calls for 28 days. Customers can also opt for the prepaid Rs. 349 Jio plan that delivers 3 GB of daily data, unlimited Jio-to-Jio calls, and 1,000 non-Jio voice calls for 28 days.

Jio has the latest Rs. 399 prepaid upgrade package of 1.5 GB of high-speed data per day, unrestricted Jio-to-Jio calls, an FUP of 2,000 non-Jio voice calling minutes for 56 days, if you want to go beyond 28 days of validity. The package also contains the Rs. 444 prepaid plan with daily data of 2 GB, free Jio-to-Jio calls, and a 56-day call for 2,000 non-Jio voices. Previously, the Rs. 444 prepaid plan offered a period of 84 days along with a wide list of benefits.

These validity period recharge plans include the Rs. 555 prepaid plan offering a daily allocation of 1.5 GB high-speed data, unlimited Jio-to-Jio calls, and 3,000 non-Jio voice calling minutes. The company also offers 2 GB of high-speed data per day, free Jio-to-Jio calls, and 3,000 non-Jio minutes for 84 days to the Rs. 599 Jio prepaid package.
